Yes- Hipira-Kun cosplaying Hermes, messenger of the Greek Gods
I thought this cosplay would fit him the best, seeing that Hipira, like Hermes is very energetic, somewhat fleet footed and mischevious.

His costume was inspired partly by the Disney version of Hermes (which I thought would look cute on him seeing as Hipira even has blue skin and a thin stature himself) and a bit of mine. His toga clasp is of course wings- indication of fast movement. A reason why Hipira has sunglasses with his costume is because sunnies, as seen in an episode of his anime, protect him from being burnt to a crisp. and Seeing as he is cosplaying the messenger of the Greek gods, he'd have to be going to Mount Olympus (which is rather bright) quite frequently - and sunnies will be a great protection for him
And of course I didn't want to forget the key things on the costume- the winged helmet and sandals and of course the staff

fun fact: Hermes' Roman name is Mercury. The closest planet to the Sun was named after him due to its quick and fast orbit.
Also, in Greek Mythology, apart from being a messenger to the Greek gods, Hermes also acted as a guide to the souls who were new to the Underworld when they went to see Hades, so they wouldn't get lost.
